Sprayed directly onto the interior wall of a Ponsonby Villa, Flox’s latest interior job is inspired by a piece of contemporary wallpaper found by the client. Colours include subtle dusty pinks, moody blues and light dustings of black…. Such a nice addition to an already extensive art collection.

My first letter in my new series on the street. I was lucky enough to be invited to paint this one, so if you’re in the Auckland CBD hood, check it out at Harlem on High Street….
And keep an eye out for more to come on Auckland streets. Four letters in total will be going up around the place, to spell a special four letter word…
The Flox tee retails for $59 and hits stores on 5th of July. $10 from each tee is donated to the Max Foundation.

The Max Foundation, which seeks to “to support individuals and initiatives whose actions enhance and inspire the wellbeing and advancement of New Zealand women”, has given away $75,000 in the last year. EPIC!
“Given Max is an iconic New Zealand fashion brand I wanted the design to have a New Zealand flavour which I have depicted with the use of our native birds, the tui and Fantail, plus Kowhai flowers. As a young New Zealand woman it is a privilege to be aligend with a charity that has the interests of other like-minded New Zealand women at its core” (Flox)
If you’re in the Newmarket/Remuera area, the good people at Frame By Frame 27 Remuera Road, have installed a great feature Flox window. They have a good range of all the latest full colour stencil work on paper, the original black and white screen print series plus Flox lightboxes.

I had a bit of a play around today, I’m loving type at the moment, not to mention, single colour! This one’s a tribute to my hometown Auckland City….
